Free Summer Courses

Experience the value of a Dominican education, gain valuable skills, and engage with your peers and faculty through a special new summer term designed for new and returning undergraduate students.

We've created a special summer term (A2) that is available for new first-year students, new transfer students, and all continuing students registered for Fall 2020. The A2 undergraduate courses provide you an opportunity to get a head start on your Dominican Experience.

Additional Registration Information

  • The Summer (A2) course schedule is July 13-August 6. 

  • All courses are considered Pass/Fail.
  • The drop date is the last day of class or July 31, whichever comes first.
  • Courses are unit-bearing, 0.5-1 units. Students can take up to two units total of A2 courses and less than six units total of all other summer courses.  
  • Grades not calculated into GPA where scholarships, aid, or departmental honors are affected.
