Brandon M. Boulter, MBA
Brandon has worked in higher education for twenty years, where he has led teams in marketing, enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, and student services. His focus on the student experience has increased enrollment and retention at top research and land grant universities and small liberal arts colleges.
Access, affordability, and diversity are a part of his enrollment and marketing mantra and have led to sustainable growth models and opportunities to diversify revenue streams. While working for Johns Hopkins University and The George Washington University, Brandon helped grow diversity recruitment and scholarship by developing policies and requirements that lead to better access for students of all backgrounds. He also led initiatives to identify prospective and current student pain points that provide insight into services and communication enhancements that increased enrollment, retention, and student satisfaction.
