To ensure marketing projects are aligned with Dominican's enrollment goals, and the strategic goals of the University, it's important that your director, chair, dean or VP approves your project before we get started. 

Yes! Any marketing product that is targeted toward prospective students needs to be designed in tandem with the Admissions team. Please reach out to your Admissions counselor before submitting the request.

  • If your project targets prospective graduate students, please contact the Admissions counselor assigned to your program. 
  • If your project targets prospective undergraduate students, please contact Undergraduate Admissions

It depends on the type of request.

For minor website edits, we typically can complete the request in 5 business days. For print projects, it can take up to 6-8 weeks of design and production time, in addition to time for printing and shipping. We encourage you to plan early! 

Any marketing materials that represent the University should be approved by Marketing. We look forward to collaborating with you!
