Computer Science at Dominican

Join the next generation of makers, thinkers and leaders as you learn the skills needed to be successful in the 21st century economy.

Dominican University of California has developed an innovative new minor that pairs a liberal arts or pre-professional degree with cutting-edge coding skills. The program’s curriculum, developed with input from leading tech employers including Etsy, Lyft, and LinkedIn, is designed to equip graduates with hard and soft skills to compete in an increasingly digital world

Launching in fall 2019, Dominican's minor in computer science will allow Dominican students, regardless of major, to infuse computer science skills into their educational experience.

The minor will equip students with coding and programming skills to develop software, and both web-based and mobile applications. It is cross-disciplinary and accessible to students in any major. Courses will be taught at Dominican's San Rafael campus by both Dominican faculty and faculty from the Make School. For more information, please contact the Dominican Undergraduate Admissions Office.
