In response to an unusual end to the high school senior year, Dominican has extended the tuition and housing deposit deadline for admitted students to June 1 for Fall 2020. Meanwhile, the University is continuing to accept applications from both high school students and transfer students.

The deposit deadline was moved to June in order to give admitted students plenty of time to connect with family, admissions counselors, and the Dominican community, says Vickie Alleman, Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing.

“If this was a typical year, I would be inviting newly admitted students and their families to attend one of our admitted student days,” Alleman says. “But, this is not a typical year, and the special circumstances this spring call for extra resilience, extra planning, and extra help for all students.”

In coming days and weeks, Dominican will develop several opportunities for both newly admitted and prospective students to experience the University from a distance, including personalized online meetings with admissions and financial aid counselors, academic advisors, current Dominican students, and faculty.
