The Inner Game of Leadership

Unlocking Potential and Facing Fear with Confidence

mba student meeting with professor

This one-day executive education program – taught by two of Dominican’s most popular instructors – is designed to equip managers with the tools to unlock potential, both in themselves and their teams, while addressing the underlying challenges that hinder decision-making and performance. By integrating Tim Gallwey’s Inner Game principles with an exploration of the role of fear in leadership, participants will learn how to:

  • Overcome self-imposed barriers to performance
  • Navigate fear constructively to make more intentional decisions
  • Foster a culture of psychological safety and trust within their teams

The morning session focuses on identifying and minimizing self-interference to maximize individual and team potential, while the afternoon session examines how fear shapes decision-making and team dynamics. Together, these sessions provide a holistic approach to enhancing leadership effectiveness in high-pressure environments.

This program is designed for all levels of managers who seek to enhance their leadership effectiveness by mastering performance principles and navigating fear-driven challenges in decision-making.
