Stacy L. Poe, MA

As the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Stacy collaborates with faculty, staff and students across campus to create meaningful and positive change for the Dominican community. Her role includes community building, student advocacy, mentoring and support, assisting in the development and implementation of the Strategic Diversity Plan, developing and implementing campus-wide social justice and cultural programming in coordination with student cultural groups and academic departments, and serving as Co-chair (Ex Oficio) of the Diversity Action Group. Stacy also serves as an Integrative Coach, working closely with students as an instructor for the Navigating College course and coaching students as they transition through their college experience.

Stacy has over 30 years of experience as a Student Affairs professional and is passionate about being an agent for change and engaging with and mentoring college students. She finds it very rewarding to be a part of a student's journey and to have an impact on their experience.
