Victoria (she/her) is a licensed psychologist (PSY 32587) and the owner/founder of Mosaic Psychotherapy Center. She earned her BA from Middlebury College and her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Vermont. She is dedicated to equity and inclusion in all aspects of life and is a passionate teacher, speaker, and mentor. She is honored to participate in training the next generation of mental health providers to be inclusive, evidence-based practitioners.

Across her career, Victoria has had the privilege of serving BIPOC communities; refugees, asylum-seekers, torture survivors, and other immigrants; youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities; adults with HIV/AIDS; incarcerated youth; adult probationers in mental health court diversion; and people with serious mental illness. Her research examines the psychological impact of intersecting identities in individuals who possess multiple stigmatized attributes.
