Maria Lau

Maria's work in the Nursing Department involves assisting with students’ clinical registration and clinical onboarding. She also works as a Standardized Patient in the Clinical Services Department.

Maria's employment background includes working at Kaiser Permanente Health Plan as an Underwriter for 3 years and a Business Analyst for eight years. Eventually, Maria became a team lead for both positions. When her eldest son was born, she decided to step away from the workforce to raise my family. Maria decided to return to work when her eldest son was nine years old and his younger brother was six.
