Leah Ozeroff, EdD, MA

Leah is first and foremost dedicated to student learning and offers expertise from more than 13 years of experience in academic research and design in higher education. She is committed to the continuous improvement of educational practices and believes that maintaining a focus on issues related to diversity, inclusion, and equity is essential to this work. Her primary interests include campus climate; persistence, graduation, student satisfaction, and post-graduate success; learning outcomes and curricular development; general assessment; and institutional effectiveness.
