Dominican’s food services provider is Bon Appétit Management Company, an on-site custom restaurant company offering world-class food service management. It provides café and catering services to colleges and universities, corporations and specialty venues for almost 200 clients in 25 states. Bon Appétit provides 19 meals per week. Resident students may choose either the 19, 14, or 10 meal plan. Guests and commuter students may pay for individual meals at the door or they may purchase a meal card.
The hallmark of Bon Appétit's expertise is serving fresh food, prepared from scratch, using authentic ingredients. Menu items are prepared by experienced chefs, in small batches, to ensure freshness and great taste. The dining hall offers a daily variety of tempting choices including many vegetarian, "California cuisine," and ethnic dishes. Daily selections include hot entrees, made-to-order deli sandwiches, freshly-made soups, salads, and pastas as well as homemade pastries and desserts.
