You can order transcripts using a major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Transcripts are not printed by the Clearinghouse. Transcript orders will be transmitted electronically to Dominican University of California and will be processed within 5 – 10 business days by the Registrar’s Office (Please note that continuing students can access their unofficial transcripts at anytime by logging into self-service- free of charge).
The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also check order status or history online.

Important note: If there are pending grades or degrees to be awarded and the transcript should not be sent until the grades/degrees are posted to the transcript, please indicate on the order that the transcript should be held for grades and/or degrees to be posted.
Service hours: The transcript ordering service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the requests are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except holidays.
Fees for transcripts requested on the Web: $10.00 per transcript, plus a $2.25 processing charge per recipient. If you are ordering additional copies at the same time, each additional transcript is $1.00.
Method of payment: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Next Day Processing: This option includes 24 hour processing of transcripts for an additional $15.00, plus transcript fee. Transcripts will be sent via standard U.S. mail or will be available for pick-up in our office.
Overnight Delivery: This option will send your transcript via UPS overnight to its destination for an additional $20.00, plus transcript fee.

Students must also indicate if the verification should include GPA and/or Anticipated Graduation Date (must write anticipated graduation date out on request). Allow 5-10 business days to process Enrollment Verification requests.
