Leadership and Management

Dominican’s BA in Leadership and Management is designed for mid-career professionals who want to take their personal and professional experiences to the next level. This streamlined program is a 33-unit major tailored to meet the needs of working adult students.

Completing a competitive bachelor’s degree while working a full-time job may sound daunting, but Dominican’s BA in Leadership and Management program offers a streamlined solution that allows students to pursue a degree, while meeting their family and career responsibilities.

Dominican’s Leadership and Management major takes a deep dive into organizations — exploring their design, function, management, challenges, behavior and growth. Students learn how to lead and motivate teams, formulate organizational strategies, and promote integrity and exceptional customer service.

Courses in the Leadership and Management major are offered in the evenings. Some are taught in a blended face-to-face/online format, providing students with increased flexibility to earn their degree while continuing in their careers.

Career Paths

With a BA in Leadership and Management from Dominican, graduates are prepared for a wide range of careers in business, marketing, consulting, management and human resources, as well as roles including director of operations and financial controller.

You’re not alone in mapping your return to school. An advisor will evaluate your transcripts and create a detailed roadmap for your future, before you even enroll. We accept applications on a rolling basis, which means there is no hard deadline to apply. 

Please note — you will need to meet the following requirements: 

  • 30 transferable units with a minimum 2.5 GPA
  • 24 years-old or older 
  • High school diploma or GED

    Submit an official transcript of course work from each college or university attended. Transcripts must be in a sealed envelope sent directly from the college or university.
