Leadership Lecture Series Welcomes Cherie Blair

Cherie Blair will discuss what it was like to combine life as a working mother with life married to Britain’s former Prime Minister Tony Blair on Monday, October 20 at 7 p.m. in Dominican’s Angelico Hall.

Discussing her new autobiography Speaking for Myself: My Life from Liverpool to Downing Street, Cherie Blair will recall her encounters with foreign leaders, including Presidents Clinton and Bush. She also will offer insights into other dignitaries she has met, including Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, and the late Princess Diana.

The event is co-sponsored by Book Passage and Dominican University of California’s Institute for Leadership Studies, Book Passage, and Marin Magazine.

Tickets are $35 per person (general admission seating) which includes a copy of Speaking for Myself: My Life from Liverpool to Downing Street.
