Evolutionary biologist speaks in fall lecture series

Noted evolutionary biologist and international bestselling author Richard Dawkins spoke at Dominican University of California on October 4, at the Institute for Leadership Studies’ Fall Lecture Series, presented in partnership with Book Passage.

Dawkins, author of the bestseller The God Delusion, appeared in conversation with Book Passage President Elaine Petrocelli at Dominican’s Angelico Concert Hall with his newest book, Brief Candle in the Dark: My Life In Science. A fellow of the Royal Society and inaugural holder of the Charles Simonyi Chair of Public Understanding of Science at Oxford University, Dawkins has been called “one of the best nonfiction writers alive today” by Steven Pinker, Johnstone Family Professor at Harvard University.
