Kati is the director of Global Education at Dominican University of California. She has been an international educator for over 20 years, working in universities in the U.S., Australia, and Ukraine. Kati’s experience includes establishing international exchange programs, co-creating diversity action plans, leading campus internationalization committees, and developing student learning outcomes for global learning programs. Her current research interests focus on implementing and assessing internationalization policy that reflects achievable curricular goals and outcomes for both international and domestic students.
