Casey Halcro

Casey is a solution-oriented, collaborative, passionate, and inclusive Human Resources professional with a strong commitment to equity, excellence, and humor. She has extensive experience simplifying and streamlining processes and systems, increasing organizational effectiveness, serving diverse populations, and innovating. As a first-gen college student from the middle of Montana, Casey thought she wanted to be a French teacher, but grew up to be a Director of Human Resources instead. She enjoys keeping the human in Human Resources and centering work around humanity and joy. Casey is a sometimes a terrible speller and all-the-time dog spoiler.
