Cary B. Wilson, MSPAS, PA-C

Cary began his career as a ranger and field medic for the National Park Service, where he was instrumental in initiating several advanced life support programs and educating new EMT's. He has worked 13 years in family practice, urgent care, and emergency medicine, and has done initial research in antibiotic prescribing and the use of automatic vital signs machines. Cary is a DOT examiner, licensed to take X-rays, and has worked full time for two years in academia and has also been a guest lecturer. He has been a preceptor for many physician assistant programs. Outside of Dominican, Cary has been a professional and volunteer fireman and small business owner of a commercial apple orchard. Cary enjoys skiing above all and any outdoor activities with his wife, three children, and English Shepherd.
