The Registrar’s Office supports the integrity, growth, and success of the University’s academic enterprise through the smooth delivery of academic services and programs, scrupulous records management, and compliance with relevant external standards.

Colette manages the department's data integrity and functionality, including data management/validation, testing and reporting in the PowerCampus system. Coordinates departmental & academic operations, calendars, oversees departmental web presence, serves as an internal PowerCampus trainer and consultant to Information Technology and Academic Affairs, and chairs the Academic Petition Committee and Operations Committee.

Margarita manages and maintains all permanent student records, and manages processing of: academic/fiscal petitions, student contracts (Honors, Internships, Teaching Assistantships, Independent Studies); performs graduation audits and degree conferrals; assists with reception and chairs the Fiscal Petition Committee.

Shannon manages all transcript requests and enrollment verification; processes registrations and Dominican extension program records, enrollment changes, leaves of absence and withdrawals from the university; maintains student contact information, assists with data updates and records integrity, performs graduation audits and degree conferrals, certifies athletic eligibility.

Sabina (In-training 2018-19) Tracks and publishes degree progress for all degree-seeking students, ensures accuracy of degree requirements, develops communications and training for students and advisors on Academic Plans, processes all course substitutions and declarations of major, minor, and concentration.
