Tuition Refund Policy

Students who withdraw from the University must first notify the Registrar’s Office in writing. Students who drop a class online or at the Registrar’s Office, or have any changes in enrollment status will be refunded as follows:

Fall and Spring Semesters - Session A Calendar

(16-week traditional semester - includes Undergraduate Day, Adult Degree Completion (ADC) and Graduate Programs).

Please see Academic Calendar for last day to drop with 100% Refund.   (Tuition Only)        

 

Fall and Spring Semesters - Weekend Programs

Graduate Weekend Programs -

Friday before the 2nd weekend meeting       100% Refund (Tuition Only) 
After the 2nd weekend meeting       No Refund

 

Summer Semester – 5-Week Session

Prior to 1st class meeting               100% Refund (Less Registration Fee)
After 1st class meeting               No Refund

 

Summer Semester – 10-Week Session

Prior to 1st class meeting               100% Refund (Tuition Only)
After 1st class meeting               50 % Refund (Tuition Only)
After 2nd class meeting               No Refund


For Courses that do not follow a standard semester calendar:
Courses that meet once or twice during the semester & Summer Sessions 2 & 3

Prior to 1st class meeting               100% Refund  (Tuition Only)
After 1st class meeting               No Refund


Courses that meet at least three times during the semester

Prior to 2nd class meeting               100% Refund  (Tuition Only)
After 2nd class meeting               No Refund

 

Comprehensive Campus Fee

A $175.00 Non-refundable Comprehensive Campus Fee is charged each semester.
