Tuition Refund Policy

Spring 2020 tuition refund information. Students who withdraw from the University must first notify the Registrar’s Office in writing. Students who drop a class online or at the Registrar’s Office, or have any changes in enrollment status will be subject to this Tuition Refund Policy.

Tuition and Fees

There is 100% refund on tuition and fees through the Add/Drop date. If the course does not run through the entire term, student may receive 100% tuition refund for that course prior to the first class meeting. There will be no refund for courses dropped after the first class meeting.  


Meals and Housing

Refunds for meals and housing will be determined on a pro-rated basis up until the Add/Drop date. 


Note Exceptions

  • Some fees are non-refundable and are not eligible for a refund even if the student is eligible for a 100% tuition refund.
  • Campus Comprehensive Fee is non-refundable.
  • Technology Fee is refundable only through the first day of classes.
