Our Mission

The Registrar’s Office supports the integrity, growth, and success of the University’s academic enterprise through the smooth delivery of academic services and programs, scrupulous records management, and compliance with relevant external standards.


A professional, service-oriented department that provides and promotes the efficient flow of accurate information; safeguards the integrity of academic records and policies; ensures institutional compliance with relevant external regulatory and accrediting entities; provides excellent, expert, and timely service to all constituents; develops and maintains the necessary human resources, cross-departmental relationships, and technological systems to support all of these; upholds the Code of Ethics of the professional association (AACRAO); and the mission and core values of Dominican University of California.

2020 – The operational arm of Academic Affairs, providing a secure, dependable framework for the smooth advancement of every Dominican student to her/his educational goal, free of administrative obstacles and unnecessary complexity: paperless, user-friendly, convenient, secure. Provide an infrastructure to ensure unity and consistency in the delivery of all University-sponsored credit-bearing learning activities, under the Academic Services umbrella: integration of enrollment and records services, articulation, academic advisement and support, internships, off-site and online programs, professional and continuing education, and related student services. The virtual “one-stop shop.”
