Community Engagement

Students, faculty, and community partners explore and address civic and professional issues through thoughtful dialogue, creative vision, and collaboration. Community-engaged projects and research, service-learning, and field placements use inquiry-based hands-on approaches that inspire collective action, cultivate a respect for difference, and provide a sense of one's own role and capacity to contribute to the larger community.
