Eric Sinrod has practiced law as a partner at major law firms for more than three decades. He has been the lead trial and appellate attorney on cases with billions of dollars at stake and cases before the United States Supreme Court. He has been selected by his peers as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in the area of Cyber Law, he annually is designated a “Super Lawyer” for Business Litigation,” and he has been referred to in the press as “the leading IP attorney in the land.” Eric currently is Of Counsel to Duane Morris LLP, an international law firm.

Eric also has taught courses and at classes and conferences at a number of universities at the law school, undergraduate and adult education levels, including Stanford University, UC Berkeley, UCLA, University of San Francisco, Sonoma State, Hastings College of Law and Golden Gate University.

Publications and Speaking Engagements

Eric has published a number of law review and other journal articles. He is the very first weekly legal blogger in the US (even before the term “blog” existed), and he has published more than 1,000 blogs on cutting-edge legal topics. He also hosts a weekly podcast with his UK colleague on international legal issues, and has broadcast more than 200 of these podcasts. In addition, Eric has been a featured speaker at many national conferences on significant, fast-breaking legal matters.
