Charity Keplinger is a certified Physician Assistant and graduate of the Interservice Physician Assistant
Program (IPAP) at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX. Born on the tiny island of Guam, she joined the
U.S. Coast Guard after high school to begin her adventure. During her service, she moved up through
the ranks and accomplished her goal to become a PA. She was commissioned in 2008 and started her
medical career in family medicine. As a PA in the military, Charity was deployed to a variety of
countries, including Iraq and Kuwait, and served as the sole provider onboard Coast Guard ships
traveling to remote locations such the North Pole. After 23 years of active service, Charity retired in 2016.

Since becoming a PA, Charity has held positions in family medicine, urgent care, and hospital medicine.
