The Dominican Fund

Our mission is to provide an education grounded in the Dominican values that cannot be achieved through tuition dollars alone. Tuition covers 75% of a Dominican education. Gifts to The Dominican Fund (formerly, The Annual Fund) help make up the difference.

The Dominican Fund represents an opportunity for parents, alumni and friends to help shape the future of Dominican University of California. By making gifts, of any size, in support of scholarships, university operations, and academic excellence, our donors demonstrate their confidence in Dominican, and the work being done by our students, staff and faculty.

Donors have many choices when it comes to their philanthropy. A gift to The Dominican Fund is an investment in our University, and a recognition that great things happen here.

– Virginia Gray, Director, Annual Giving

The Dominican Fund is a yearly tax-deductible opportunity to support the University. It is comprised of gifts from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students, and friends. Your gift would supplement the overall operating budget of the University. That means it pays for the books in the library, basketballs and uniforms, salaries for your favorite teacher, computers, the student health office, petri dishes in the chemistry lab and much more.
