Adjunct Faculty, Pediatric Nursing Clinical

Dominican is seeking an experienced nurse in care of children and families with a minimum of a BSN to serve as a clinical faculty in Pediatrics. This is a 8-10 hour commitment weekly every semester for 16 weeks overseeing the clinical development of 8 students in a pediatric nursing rotation.


  • Clinical faculty overseeing eight students in pediatrics at the Undergraduate level 
  • Collaborate with the faculty of record for the course regarding student expectations and progress
  • Evaluate student clinical achievements at midterm and end of semester, providing feedback to students
  • Mentor and advise students on the progress of their clinical practice
  • Uphold academic and clinical performance standards and integrity


  • Registered Nurse, with active license
  • Clinically experienced in pediatric nursing
  • Minimum of two years experience
  • Minimum of a BS in Nursing or related science, MS is preferred
