Proposal Submission Form

All funding proposals that will be submitted to government agencies, foundations and corporations must be reviewed by the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and approved by your Department Chair prior to submission.

To begin this process, complete and return this form via email by pushing the send button at the bottom of this page. Upon receipt of your email, Julia Arno, the Director of Foundation and Government Relations will contact you to set up a meeting to discuss your proposal.
