Dr. Marlene Jones is an expert in areas related to diversity and cultural studies.  She was a delegate to the Oxford Roundtable on Diversity in Society at Oxford University in Oxford England.  As a consultant she does diversity trainings for profit and nonprofit organizations.  Dr. Jones also has expertise in issues related to cultural inclusion, racism and hate crimes.

Dr. Stelmach's graduate work in the field of ethics began at Harvard University where he received his master's degree. He completed his doctoral work at the Graduate Theological Union/Berkeley in 1977 in an interdisciplinary program in ethics and social science. A post-doctoral visiting scholar stay at the Haas School of Business in Berkeley contributed to one of his specialties in business ethics. He was the director of the Center for Ethics and Social Policy in Berkeley for five years. He is the chair of the humanities department at Dominican and teaches courses in moral philosophy, medical ethics, and social science and religion. Dr. Stelmach is the co-author of "Doing Ethics in a Diverse World" (Westview Press, July 2007).

Arthur Kane Scott teaches social/cultural studies and history courses specializing in non-Western traditions/societies including Islam, India, East Asia, Latin America. He has developed a series of online courses for Berkeley on America/World/Islamic studies. In 2002, he was chosen as Teacher of the Year.


Memberships: Marin Inter-Faith, Latino Film Festival, International Association of Sufism.
