Online Registration

Individual Registration
Each individual wishing to attend NCUR 2007 must complete an online registration form. The early bird registration fee is $145 for students and $175 for faculty. After February 16, the rates will increase to $185 for students and $215 for faculty. The deadline for online registration is March 12, 2007. After this date, attendees must register on site. On site student registration will be $225 and on site faculty registration will be $255.
Please note that Friday, February 23, 2007 is the last day that you can cancel and receive a refund of your registration fees. After Friday, February 23, 2007, no refunds will be issued for any circumstances. If you need to cancel your registration, please email ncur21@dominican.edu.
Credit Card
Complete the online registration form. Enter your credit card information in the Payment Information section. You will receive a registration confirmation email.
Check
Complete the online registration form. Select the "Check" option in the Payment Information section. You will receive a registration confirmation email. Make your check payable to "Dominican University of California"and mail to: Dominican University of California, Attn: NCUR 2007, 50 Acacia Avenue, San Rafael, CA 94901. Please include the name of the person who will be attending on the check.
Your check must be received by March 15, 2007.
Purchase Order
Complete the online registration form. Select the "Purchase Order" option in the Payment Information section and enter your purchase order number in the appropriate space. You will receive a registration confirmation email.
- Your purchase order documentation must be made out to "Dominican University of California".
- The purchase order must include detailed information with the names of all students or faculty members covered and what the payment is for i.e. registration fees, events, etc.
- A copy of your purchase order must be mailed or faxed to: Dominican University of California, Attn: NCUR 2007, 50 Acacia Avenue, San Rafael, CA 94901. The fax number is (415) 532-2682.
- You will be issued an invoice from Dominican University of California.
- Final payment will be due March 15, 2007
Multiple Registrations
Even if an institution is paying for several attendees, each individual must complete an online registration form in order to collect accurate conference data. Instruct your students to select the "check" payment option when registering. We will then update the payment information when we receive your summary form.
The Registration Payment Summary Form must be completed and mailed or faxed to: Dominican University of California, Attn: NCUR 2007, 50 Acacia Avenue, San Rafael, CA 94901. The fax number is (415) 532-2682.
Conference Extras
If you wish to sign up for a tour, Thursday night Bay Cruise, Friday night Mexican Fiesta dinner or to order a commemorative T-shirt, you may do so by using the following form: www.eplyevents.com/ncurextras. Please note that this form is not a substitute for registration. Each conference attendee must still complete an individual registration form.
