An Evening of Opera
Darjana Blace, a conductor and pianist with the National Opera of Zagreb, Croatia, will perform in a concert at Dominican University of California, Sunday, April 30 at 7:45 p.m. in Angelico Concert Hall.
Tickets cost $15 for general admission and $5 for students. Plenty of free parking is available in the parking lot at the intersection of Grand and Acacia Avenues.
The concert also will feature performances by Dominican students and Bay Area musicians, including singers from San Francisco’s Pocket Opera. Musicians include Vladimir Zagatsky, tenor; Kanako Nanami, violin; Jeff Jones, bass baritone; Katie Francis, mezzo; Glorianna Sweeney, soprano; Linda Blum, soprano; and Steve Hoffman, baritone.
