Dominican Sailing Club

Our mission is to give sailing club members an opportunity to learn to sail or hone their sailing skills, to become good stewards of the Bay and to become self-confident leaders and/or team supporters.

All Dominican students and community members are welcome to participate in meetings and events. Events on campus are free. We thank our academic sponsor: Insitute for Leadership Studies for all their support and hard work.

 

Why Join

  • Learn lifelong skills of leadership and teamwork;
  • Learn sailing and seamanship skills of boat handling, safety, knots and sea terminology
  • Have fun and make friends

 

    Learning to Sail

    Sailing lessons are held at the Marin Yacht Club in early fall and spring. Members are taught by certified instructors from Sea Education Adventures (SEA). Sailing lessons and boat charters have a per person fee.
