Meetings

All ASDU Senate meetings are held in Legacy Hall in Edgehill Mansion, unless otherwise stated on the agenda. DU students, staff and faculty are encouraged to participate in the ASDU Senate meetings to bring up issues on campus that should be addressed or proposals for new programs or events.

Senate Meetings

All ASDU meetings are open to the general public.

If you have an agenda item that you wish to have discussed at the next ASDU meeting, please complete the Agenda Item Request Form and submit it to lauren.castro@dominican.edu.

If you want to share an opinion or suggestion at an ASDU Regular Meeting, you can have a say during Public Comment which is posted on every agenda. Comments are limited to 1 minute. Complete a Public Comment Card and submit it to President Fennell before the meeting starts and she will call your name during Public Comment to share.

Programming Meetings

If you would like to be placed on the Programming Agenda (socials, events, dances, clubs, etc.), please contact the current Director of Programming.

Executive Board Meetings

ALL Executive Board meetings are closed to visitors.  If you feel you need to meet with the ASDU Executive Board (student policy issues), please contact the current ASDU President.
