You can pick up a Student Employee Timesheet outside of Bertrand Hall 101.
Once you and your supervisor have signed your timesheet, drop it off in the box outside of Bertrand Hall 101.
Yes, students who participate in the FWS program will receive a W-2 form for taxes in January.

Yes, all students are required to have a healthcare plan. Dominican offers student plans with Kaiser Permanente.
