Q: In what athletic association, division and conference does the University participate?

We are in the NCAA Division II and we participate in the Pacific West Conference.

Q: In what intercollegiate sports does the University participate (women and men)?

Women's: Soccer, Basketball, Softball, Volleyball, Tennis, Cross Country and Golf.

Men's: Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, Cross Country and Golf.

Q: Is there an intramural program?

Most intramural sports at Dominican are fairly informal, consisting of tournaments or a weekly intramural night where students can participate in a variety of sports. Intramurals include various activities, most notably, a winter volleyball league and spring basketball.

Q: Are athletic scholarships available?

Athletics scholarships are available and offered by the appropriate coaches to certain eligible prospective student-athletes, as per NCAA regulations

Q: How do I contact a coach?

See the staff directory to find a coach and contact information. While our coaches do their best to reply in a timely manner, please note that replies may be slower in-season and that there are certain "dead periods" in the NCAA recruiting calendar whenere coaches are not allowed to have contact with student-athletes.

    Q: What are the sporting facilities and where are they located?

    We have many facilities  located on campus. The basketball and volleyball court are both located inside the Conlan Center. The soccer and lacrosse field are located in Forest Meadows Field. The tennis courts are located near by at the Forest Meadows Tennis Courts.

    The golf team practices off-campus at nearby Peacock Gap Golf Club. while theThe softball team plays at McInnis Field.

      Q: What are the hours at the Conlan Center? Who may use these facilities?

        Use of the Conlan Center weight room and Catherine Brisbois Memorial Swimming Pool (seasonal) is free to Dominican students. Operating hours vary by season and availability.

        Q: Where can I hear a live broadcast of games?

        The student-run radio.dominican.edu is the official home of Dominican Athletics audio. Most home volleyball and basketball games, and selected road games, are also available for a nominal fee.

        Dominican is also often featured on PacWest Magazine, The Television Show, available online, and on PacWest Magazine, The Radio Show.
