Yes, there is an Alumni Association at Dominican. Once a student completes his or her degree from Dominican University of California, he or she is automatically made an alumnus and a member of the Alumni Association.
Joining the Alumni Association is free. However, if you would like to receive alumni benefits, you can purchase the Alumni Benefits Card. The cost of the card is for $25 for a full year. Purchase the card today.
You can join anytime after your degree is conferred with the Registrar's Office.
You can sign-up for our online community which will allow you to connect with other alumni, view upcoming events, the calendar, share photos and post blog posts. You can also follow us on Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter.
As an alumnus, you can join the Alumni Board of Directors, which is the governing board for the Alumni Association. It is made up of alumni who have graduated from Dominican throughout the years from a variety of graduation years and degrees. The board members help as volunteers and ambassadors for the University.
You can also become a mentor to a student by giving guidance and advice as he or she completes his or her degree at Dominican.
Also, alumni can sign up to be a part of the Discovery Project, which allows us to interview alumni and find out what their interest are, what they have been doing since graduation and how they wish to keep in contact with the University.
You can also contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@dominican.edu or by calling 415-485-3242.
Alumni Relations may not have your most current contact information on file after graduation. If you want to stay in touch, please update your information.
Alumni can stay connected to the University, current students, other alumni and receive updates by visiting the online community.
