The Dominican Lady Penguins compete in Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Softball, Golf and Tennis
Volleyball
Practice for the Women’s team begins before school starts in the Fall. The team competes in approximately 24 matches in September and October. There is a full-time women’s volleyball coach on staff
Soccer
The Lady Penguins Soccer team starts practice in mid-August. The team has 18-20 matches during the Fall, usually beginning in late August, and plays their home matches on the multipurpose field in Forest Meadows. There is a full-time Women’s Soccer Coach on staff.
Basketball
The Lady Penguins Basketball team starts practice the first week in October while games begin the second week in November. The team competes in approximately 26-30 games in a season including non-conference games. Usually during the semester break, the women travel to Southern California for non-conference competition. The season runs through February. There is a full-time women’s coach on staff.
Softball
Practice starts in the fall and includes some exhibition games. The Lady Penguins Softball season begins in February and runs through April.
Golf
Added in Fall 2004, the Lady Penguin Golf team uses various local golf courses for practice and home matches. The season begins in September and runs through May.
Tennis
The Lady Penguins Tennis team competes in 8-12 matches during the Spring, usually beginning in early February and continuing through early April. Home matches are served at the Forest Meadows Tennis Courts.
