Discovery Project

Are you an alumnus who has lost touch with Dominican?

What have you been up to since leaving Dominican?

Dominican is implementing a new program, the Discovery Project, to engage our alumni in active, personal discussions and to reconnect them with the University.

This grass roots initiative will allow the University to reconnect on a much deeper level with a much broader group of alumni. This method of engagement will give us an opportunity to explore the relationships each alumnus has with the institution and help us build a larger base of actively engaged and committed alumni, volunteers and donors.

Outcomes from the Discovery Project

  • We will learn about our alumni’s personal histories
  • We will learn about their experiences as students and how Dominican influenced them
  • We will listen to their opinions about Dominican today
  • We will learn about important Dominican traditions
  • We will learn about their interests so that we may align our alumni’s interests with what is happening at Dominican today
  • We will learn about their engagement with Dominican since graduation and how these experiences have impacted their current relationship with the University

We encourage all our alumni to participate in the project and share their stories. We are here to listen, learn, and reconnect with you.

If you would like to participate in the Discovery Project, please contact Jessica Bartolini, Program Manager, at jessica.bartolini@dominican.edu or 415-482-1843.
