Back To School!
Amanda-Monday, March 17,2008- Everyone is back on campus today after our week long spring break! I enjoyed the much needed break and loved relaxing at home! But now its back to reality and that means papers and exam time! Other than that, everything is great and I loved seeing all of my friends again - I missed them a lot over break!
Hey Everybody!!!
I hope all is well with you all. I had the greatest spring break, from a bbq at the beach to spending time with my family and friends! It was the perfect amount of catch my breath and get a little break from all of the work we had over mid-terms! Luckily, those are over with and now I can just relax and spend some time outside on the beautiful days we have been having!
Everyone is pretty busy on campus, from different sports to jobs both off and on campus but we all are enjoying the various events that have taken place on campus in the past weeks as well as future events. The most talked about event is definitely Penguin Ball, which will be held on a yacht in the San Francisco bay. Since I am a freshman, it will be my first time attending but everyone who went last year and the years before loved it. I cannot wait to get dressed up and have fun with all of my friends!
Other than that, nothing new has came up. School's going great and the Student Ambassador team is as fun as ever. We are all getting excited for the Admitted Student Open House in April! The day is filled with exciting activities that keep everyone busy! I am still helping out at a local Marin preschool and love spending time with all of the children - they are so adorable! The only other things coming up is a few science field trips to Point Reyes and a mini road trip with my friends to San Luis Obispo in a few weeks.
