Concurrent Enrollment

Students who wish to enroll in courses at another institution while maintaining their student status at Dominican must receive permission from the Global Education Office (GEO) prior to doing so.

In order to register for classes at another institution, students must be first registered full time at Dominican for the same term (summer semesters are an exception).

In order to receive the Concurrent Enrollment Letter students must submit a Concurrent Enrollment Form to GEO. After being dropped off, the letter will be available for pick up at GEO in 4 business days.

The Concurrent Enrollment Letter is only a verification of a student’s full-time student status at Dominican under the Dominican I-20 authorization.

It is not an approval to transfer unit credit, subject credit or to substitute a major. Students who wish to transfer courses must consult their academic adviser.
