Tuition and Cost to Attend by Program
Cost of attendance budgets include average costs associated with all of the educational expenses a student will incur during the academic year. This includes tuition and fees, room and board or rent, utilities, and groceries, expenses for books and supplies, local transportation costs, and miscellaneous personal expenses. The cost of tuition, fees, and on campus room and board are established by the University’s Board of Trustees annually and are subject to change.Click here for the cost to attend by graduate and teacher credential programs.
Scholarships and Grants
A limited number of non-renewable awards are available for new students entering Credential and Master's programs on the San Rafael campus. All admitted students are automatically considered; recipients are selected by Admissions and departmental program Chairs.
In addition, Credential and Master's students may qualify for need-based grants and/or loans.
