Tuition and Housing

Save 42% off regular tuition rates during the summer and if you need a place to stay while taking summer classes, rooms are available on campus at a reduced rate as well.

Tuition 

Tuition is reduced to $685 per credit (regularly $1,630) and applies to all undergraduate courses in Arts, Sciences, Business and Humanities. 


Housing Costs

Dominican charges room and board on a weekly basis during the summer. Charges can be prorated based on the number of days a student spends on campus. 

Rates based on Double room:$200/wk
Approx. cost of 10-week session $2,000
Approx. cost of 8-week session
$1,600
Approx. cost of 5-week session  $1,000

 

Housing Details

  • Room assignments will be made by the Residence Life staff
  • Meals are not included but can be purchased in the dining hall using cash or a Penguin Pass
  • Students enrolled in 6+ summer session units are automatically eligible for on-campus housing
  • Approval from the Director of Residence Life is required for students enrolled in fewer than 6 units
  • The priority deadline for reserving on-campus summer housing is April 19, 2013
  • A $200 non-refundable pre-payment is required to reserve on-campus summer housing
