1) Dominican University SVDP Conference:
Attend conference meetings,carpool to home visits in Marin County
Primary goal of home visits is to prevent homelessness
Provide clients with financial aid to assist them in paying for basic living costs i.e. utilities, food, rent, etc.
2) Homeless Help Desk:
820 B Street, San Rafael, upstairs from Dining Room
Shadow experienced volunteers and learn about social services in Marin County
3) Poll worker next to Dining Room:
Welcome and assist low income neighbors to sign the register of voter's log and give out ballots
