The Downtown Streets Team offers a work experience program to about 28 homeless and low income individuals in the community of San Rafael. Once our folks join the team, they assist us in local beautification projects and after hours work on their specific goals to better access community resources, housing and permanent employment. Students will support the members of our team who are ready to build resumes and apply for jobs. They will be learning about how to enter the work world and become an employee
