Safe List for Hotmail

This page describes how to make hotmail accept email from Dominican if it is filtering it out as "junk mail".

Some students have elected to have their Dominican email forwarded to a Hotmail account. However, Hotmail has been occassionally blocking Dominican email, automatically making the determination that it is spam. There is no spam folder. The emails are just deleted by hotmail. The student can correct this by adding Dominican to their Hotmail's Safe List.
