Help Desk
With over 2,400 students, faculty and staff, the Dominican IT department uses an online helpdesk system to help us organize, prioritize and automate our support calls. If your PC can access the Internet, we request that you use the online system and not call us directly. The online system will automatically send an e-mail message to the appropriate IT person and send you notifications as your problem is addressed. By using the online system instead of calling, a formal log of your problem is created which we can use to better identify systematic problems and ultimately improve service when issues are not addressed in a timely manner.
