Ask the Library lets you find answers to many of your questions instantly. If you can't find an answer for your question, then submit it and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Audio/Visual Equipment

Audio/Visual equipment is available to Dominican faculty and staff for check-out from the Library Circulation Desk. Please familiarize yourself with the Library's audio/visual policies and then fill out the online request form.

Course Reserves

Course Reserves can be set for a 2 hour library use only loan period, 24 hours, 72 hours, or 1 week. Fill out the Course Reserve form and bring your materials to the Circulation Desk.

The Library's databases help you to find peer-reviewed articles, electronic books, statistics, newspaper stories and so much more.

Discover & Go Museum Passes

Use Discover & Go for free and discounted museum passes for various Bay Area museums.

Electronic Master's Thesis Submissions

The Electronic Masters Theses Guidelines gives you the information for submitting your Master's Thesis to the Library. Currently, uploaded theses can be found in ebrary.

e-Readers

The Library has Kindles and Nooks to loan. If you would like to read a book on an e-reader contact Ethan Annis at 415-482-1837

Interlibrary Loans

Request an interlibrary loan to get books and articles that the library does not have.

Leisure Reading

The Leisure Reading Collection consists of magazines and books that you can read when you need a break.

Library Liaisons & Information Literacy Instruction

Library Liaisons & Information Literacy Instruction are available to all faculty.  Faculty are encouraged to contact their Library liaison to schedule an in-class instruction session.

Library Workshops are short sessions that help you navigate the Library's resources. Ideas for workshops are welcome.

Mobile Mac Lab

Use the Mobile Mac Lab to create a classroom anywhere on campus. 48 hours notice is needed for a reservation.

My Library Account lets you see which books you have checked out, renew books, and pay fines online.
