Audio/Visual Equipment

Audio/Visual equipment is available to Dominican faculty and staff for check-out from the Library Circulation Desk. Please familiarize yourself with the Library's audio/visual policies and then fill out the online request form.

Course Reserves

Course Reserves can be set for a 2 hour library use only loan period, 24 hours, 72 hours, or 1 week. Reserves take a maximum of  3 days to process.

Mobile Mac Lab

The Mobile Mac Lab is a cart fitted with 25 MacBook Pros that faculty and staff can use to create a classroom anywhere on campus.   48 hours notice is needed for a reservation.

My Library Account

My Library Account allows you to see which books you have checked out, renew books, and pay fines online.

Library Liaisons & Information Literacy Instruction

Library Liaisons & Information Literacy Instruction are available to all faculty.  Faculty are encourage to contact their Library liaison to schedule an in-class instruction session.

Information Literacy Guide

The Information Literacy Guide includes current research on the generation of students and information literacy, tools and examples for embedding search skills into assignments

Copyright Policy

Copyright policies are intended to guide Dominican faculty, staff, and students in the appropriate ethical and legal use of copyrighted print and electronic resources held by the Library. 

Library Workshops

Library workshops are short sessions that give you tips and tricks for using the Library's resources.  We also use the workshops to teach students and faculty how to use new electronic resources that the Library subscribes to.
