Copyright Policies
The following copyright policy documents are intended to guide Dominican faculty, staff, and students in the appropriate ethical and legal use of copyrighted print and electronic resources held by the Library.
It should be noted that individual users of library resources – not Dominican University of California -- are ultimately responsible for infractions of copyright law and personally liable for violations of intellectual property rights. Due caution is advised. The current policy and guidelines were approved by University Counsel on April 24, 2007.
