Course Reserve Requests

To put course material on reserve please submit a filled out copy of this form with all intended reserves at the circulation desk.

Course Reserve Request Form (PDF)

Reserves can be set for a 2 hour library use only loan period, 24 hours, 72 hours, or 1 week. Reserves take a maximum of 2 weeks to be processed for student use at the beginning of the semester, and a maximum of 1 week during all other times.

At the end of every semester, professors are required to pick up their course reserves at the circulation desk, regardless of whether they plan to re-submit the same or new materials the following semester. Extenuating situations excepted, in which reserves can be put aside until a later date on a case by case basis, all materials remaining after the 30 day grace period will be disposed of.
