About the Department

The Occupational Therapy Department at Dominican University of California is an innovative educational curriculum, providing rigorous and comprehensive professional preparation for community- focused occupational therapy practice. The department also serves as a resource to the occupational therapy community of the San Francisco Bay Area, supporting the Dominican ideals of scholarship, service, reflection, and community.

The Occupational Therapy Program at Dominican University of California is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education  (4720 Montgomery Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814-3425; P. (12 South Summit Avenue, Suite 100, Gaithersburg, MD 20877-4105; phone 301-990-7979, administers the national certification examination for eligible candidates.
