Elementary and Special Education teachers must pass the Multiple Subjects Exam. Middle school and high school teachers must pass the exam in their subject area. You must fulfill the subject matter competency requirement prior to the end of your first semester in the credential program. - RICA Exam Registration: http://www.rica.nesinc.com/
